Our Occupational Therapists take a holistic and compassionate approach to supporting young people and their families.
We work closely with each young person to understand their unique strengths, challenges, and goals, helping them develop practical skills to improve their daily life, mental wellbeing, and independence.
Through tailored therapy sessions, we use evidence-based strategies that blend psychological approaches with Occupational Therapy principles, empowering young people to manage emotions, build confidence, and engage in meaningful activities that support their overall wellbeing.

Some of our team have expertise in sensory processing and are able to undertake an individual Sensory Preferences Assessment package.

Assessments and Reports
We are able to undertake specific assessments that explore a clients mental health and how that impacts on their day to day life and functioning.
This is done through the use of assessment tools alongside clinical observations of the client in a supportive environment. We also collaborate with the family/carers and school/college during the assessment, where appropriate to do so.
Following the assessment, a detailed report is produced with the outcomes and recommendations.
