Schools & Colleges

Kate works with young people and staff at schools and colleges across the Midlands.

 Young people

Developing strategies to manage anxiety, cope with every day life and build resilience at a young age reduces the likelihood of developing mental health problems in adulthood. Young people face many pressures and learning the skills to manage and overcome difficulties is essential for having good mental health.

Kate can build a programme of support to suit the needs of the school pupils ranging from a 'whole school approach' to  more specific and targetted interventions. Kate delivers workshops, online tools and individual support which is engaging and meaningful to young people to help them develop healthier minds and grow in confidence.

Kate can work with whole staff groups or in smaller settings to provide mental health and wellbeing workshops and interventions to suit the needs of staff in schools.
