I believe it is easier to build strong, empowered children than it is to 'fix' 'broken' adults.

Each and every one of us, even identical twins, are different. We like different things; some enjoy sports, some would rather not; some love parties, some cannot bear the thought of one. And some of us are somewhere in the middle.

Our differences are what ensures our diverse world never becomes dull or boring, and for many people, we feel able to celebrate those differences and live our lives in a way which compliments them.

For many people though, particularly children and young people, working out who we are, why we might not feel the way others feel or behave the way others behave, no matter how hard they try, can be really difficult.

I am incredibly passionate about supporting those who struggle with things the rest of us may take for granted in our day to day lives, to help them lead more fulfilled, content lives.

I am an occupational therapist and a sensory integration practitioner, with years of experience work with adults, children, and young people with a range of difficulties/diagnoses including Autism Spectrum Disorder, Attention Deficit Hyperactive Disorder, Pathological Demand Avoidance, Sensory processing difficulties, complex trauma, Learning disabilities and mental health struggles.

I am committed to helping people make sense of the things that make no sense to them, for whatever reason that may be.
